Harvested from Riesling clone 21B planted in 1978.
VINIFICATION
Based on Biodynamic principles, this wine was naturally fermented with the ambient farm yeasts, truly reflecting the vintage and terroir of the Demeter certified Summerhill Vineyard in 2017.
WINEMAKER’S TASTING NOTE
Ripe fruit and bracing acidity, with elegant notes of honied peach, lemon, lime, and fresh apricot.
PAIRING SUGGESTION
Anything with a spicy kick, or some soft cheeses. Delicious with friends and a charcuterie board.
