VITICULTURE
The wine is a blend of two vineyards. Grapes from the hot, southern Okanagan region of Osoyoos at Inkameep Vineyards provide richness, depth, and tropical undertones, while grapes from Summerhill Vineyard in the northern Okanagan region of Kelowna add vibrant freshness and stone fruit character.
VINIFICATION
Cold stabilized, stopped fermentation leaving unfermented grape sugar to balance the natural acidity and carry the vibrant fruit character through the length of the palate.
WINEMAKER’S TASTING NOTE
A fruit explosion with notes of apricot, pineapple, mango, blood orange, lemon, and gooseberry. It offers palate coating acidity and sweetness, leading to a long finish.
PAIRING SUGGESTION
This will be a perfect accompaniment to Thai green curry, sushi or picnic sandwiches.
