Situated in the North Okanagan with WNW facing slopes on ancient limestone rich lake bottom silt soil, this vineyard is especially suited to growing grapes for traditional method sparkling wine, and this wine is a testament to the outstanding and unique growing conditions of the site.
The bottles were aged 17.5 years in bottle on the lees before disgorgement in small batches began September,
