VITICULTURE
Organic grapes sourced from southern Okanagan vineyards. 2017 is celebrated as a phenomenal vintage marked by a hot, dry summer which allowed for soft, round tannins and exceptionally balanced flavours to develop in our Cabernet Franc.
VINIFICATION
Naturally fermented in oak foudre, then aged 30 months in neutral oak barriques.
WINEMAKER’S TASTING NOTE
Velvety, smooth, fresh, and characterful. This elegant, medium-bodied wine has notes of red plum, capsicum, and sage. Soft, smooth tannins and mouthfeel lead to a long, fresh finish with notes of bright red fruit lingering. Will age beautifully.

Enjoy with grass fed beef, rabbit cacciatore or hard cheeses.
