VINIFICATION Fermented in oak foudre and raised in neutral oak for 11 months.
WINEMAKER’S TASTING NOTE
A rich, soft, and hearty red. Notes of blackberry, ripe strawberry, cherry, and leather dance on the palate with hints of chocolate and red currant. Well-integrated oak and bright, mouthwatering acidity make for a unique wine that is both rustic and elegant.
PAIRING SUGGESTION
Grilled meats, Italian-style dishes, tomato-based sauces, hamburgers, or with a good book next to a cozy fire in the winter.
